Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Miami, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
