Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Nova Pine Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Omaha plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 445 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
