Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen River Press Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
