Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Field Press Group produces print and digital publications in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
