Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Pine Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
