Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Meridian Foods Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
