Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Thistle Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 800 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
