Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oakland. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
