Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Ashton Foods is a Minneapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
