Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Amber Pharma develops and makes medicines in Memphis, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
