Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Wilder Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Memphis, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
