Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Timber Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
