Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Linden Foods is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
