Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
