Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Medical Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
