Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
