Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Loom Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
