Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Timber Medical Partners is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
