Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people based in Denver. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
