Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Iron Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Dallas producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
