Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
