Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Ivory Foods is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
