Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
