Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Logistics and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
