Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Charlotte, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
