Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Keystone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Boise region, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people based in Boise. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
