Senior Production Supervisor - line performance (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wilder Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
