Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Wichita, KS)

Bright Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Wichita, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
