Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Iron Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
