Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Tucson, AZ)

Northwind Orchard Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
