Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight North Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
