Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Bright Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
