Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
