Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Seattle serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
