Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Works and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
