Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Cross Care Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
