Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Bright Financial serves customers across Salt Lake City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
