Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Rochester, NY)

Northwind River Financial Group serves customers across Rochester with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
