Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Kestrel Medical is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting.
