Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
