Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Grand Rapids producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
