Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cleveland serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
