Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Partners is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
