Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meridian Facilities and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
