Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bluepeak Junction Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
