Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar Vale Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Hartford, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
