Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Fernwood Granite Markets Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 767 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
