Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
