Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bright Cross Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
