Senior Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
